The team is back from the holidays, and we've just uploaded new"official" full installers: 1.7b725! This new version addresses all bugs reported with the previous1.7b723 Open Beta program, free for all 64 bit edition customers (P3Dv4.4/v4.5/v5.0). A new full installation is required but you'll be able to exportyour airframes/settings into this new build (instructions are detailedin the included PDF guide). The new Fly the Maddog X version, that includes the muchanticipated EFB, is finally ready for download! 1.7b722 is releasedfree of charge for all 64 bit customers (P3D v4.4/v4.5/v5). It's anincremental update that requires build 1.6b571 or 1.6b605 installed inyour system. Our TSS unofficial merge is fully compatible with 1.7b722and you won't have to install it again if you already had it onprevious version. The main new feature is the EFB addition and its included apps(more details can be found in the included EFB Manual and EFB FlightTutorial), but this build includes a bunch of fixes and enhancementsto further rise the bar of our simulation. /images/notams/notams20/madd0807/efb.jpgAs usual, even if we have tested all for about a month, we'redeploying this new build as an Open Beta first, to be sure that noproblems arise when making new "official" full installers. The extension will addthe MD-83 and MD-88 variants and will be for P3D v4 only: We are working on a payware extension to Fly the Maddog X named"MD-83 & MD-88 variants", adding it to the -82 base pack' It's onadvanced beta stage, and we hope for a mid-December release. P3D v4only. No exclusive features that aren't already included in the basepack (such let's say...advanced icing modelling) that will beimmediately available for the -82 base in the same time. "MD-83 and MD-88 variants" is exactly what it's supposed to be: therendition of their real counterparts---that share 95% of the sameairframe and systems--except for the -219 powerplants modelling,extended endurance, realistic FDEs and all associated load managertools for fuel and route planning. All with the fidelity, quality andlevel of detail you can expect from us. Source
