/images/notams/notams19/qual1008.jpgGreetings Ultimate 787 Pilots! Since the release of Service Pack 2 (V1.2.0) on Friday we haveidentified some minor issues for which we have just uploaded ahotfix. This hotfix (V1.2.1) will address the following items: QW LOAD AGENT not setting payload correctly when citypair is not in database787-8 EFB OPT always shows 0 as MTOWFlaps 20 take off FLAP CONFIG warningFlaps 20 take off GEAR CONFIG warningStrobes do not always default to OFF when initializingCold and Dark Panelstate does not set exterior lights properlyFSX only: 787-10 VC yoke buttons disconnected from yokeFSX only: 787-10 VC wipers inopOn an additional note I would like to stress that the Ultimate 787Collection is not compatible with Prepar3D versions lower than 4.4.In case you experience issues where the plane does not appearproperly, please make sure that you are running the correct version ofP3D (4.4 or higher). For your convenience, we have created update installers that willupdate your current installation to v1.2.1. Users will need to havev1.2.0 or v1.2.0.1 installed already! Otherwise please use option C. Installers can be foundhere. If you currently run a version older than 1.2.0, please perform afull reinstallation. In this case please first uninstall all liveriesand then uninstall the 787. Afterwards run the new installer asadministrator. When you download and run the full installer, you willnot need to install the hotfix on top. Source

/images/notams/notams19/qual0326.jpgGreetings 787 Drivers! We are excited to announce that Version 1.1.3 of our Ultimate 787Collection is now available! In an effort to continuously improve our 787, we have invested alot of time into making this product much more stable, more realistic, more comprehensive and more refined. In short we have made thisproduct much more FUN to fly. Leading the long list of fixes are significant stabilityimprovements that eliminate random CTDs (crash-to-desktop) some userswere experiencing. This was largely enabled by the automatic crashdetection module we introduced with our previous update. Thank you toeveryone who submitted reports! The Flight Dynamics have been further refined for highly accuratefuel flow and climb performance. Further changes address issuesrelated to Panelstate loading, the Autopilot, the Flight ManagementSystem, Displays and many more. The full changelog can be found at theend of this press release. But as always this update does not only come with fixes but alsosome exciting new additions. We are happy to introduce PBR (Physically Based Rendering) to ourexterior models in Prepar3D v4.4. We highly encourage everyone toupgrade to the latest version of P3D to benefit from the improvedvisuals. PBR models will not be available for FSX and outdatedversions of P3Dv4. Liveries for the most part do not need to be redownloaded with theexception of Virgin Atlantic. New in this version is also Remote CDU support for the Lower MFDand the Electronic Flight Bag. This allows you to use any page on thelower display (most notably the CDU) on many different mobile devicessuch as an Android tablet or phone, iPhone, iPad, Amazon tablet,Windows Tablet or Windows phone. And finally a feature we are very excited about is the addition ofEnroute Wind capability, allowing you to manually enter enroute windsor uplink them directly from ActiveSky. All you need to do is program your route and perform a WIND REQUESTon the RTE DATA page in the CDU. The 787 will automatically pick theclosest weather stations to your route and uplink the information formore accurate ETA and Fuel Predictions. ActiveSky is required to berunning for wind uplinks to work. For those of you who like to interface with your products usinghardware we have created a new "Sim Builder's Kit" which includeseverything you need to know in order to build your very own 787 homecockpit! Yes, this is a challenge and we are awaiting your photos! We would like to thank our customers for the feedback we havereceived over the last months. The scope of this update was largelydriven by community feedback. Source

/images/notams/notams18/qual0730/qualitywings3.jpgWe are excited to announce that Version 1.1.2 of our Ultimate 787Collection is now available! We would like to thank our customers for the feedback and the scopeof this update was largely driven by some of this feedback. We haveinvested a lot of time into various areas of the product and as aresult this update is not just limited to bug fixes. There are alsomany enhancements to the functionality of several areas. As an example, the Electronic Flight Bag Dispatch page has beenrevisited and reworked to make its operation more intuitive and userfriendly. The Take Off performance page will now also provide properflap and derate settings. /images/notams/notams18/qual0924.jpgThe Descent Forecast page has been added to the Flight ManagementSystem and the VC night lighting received an upgrade (P3Dv4 only). Additionally, a considerable amount of work went into improvingLNAV/VNAV, performance and the product stability. The latterunfortunately is an extremely complex topic. We have been able toresolve many issues that cause CTDs (some in relation to the weatherradar) but with hundreds of different hardware and softwarecombinations being used by our customers it is a very tediousprocess. To further assist in troubleshooting, we have decided to implementa crash reporting module. This Installation of this module isoptional. If you choose to install it and experience a CTD, you maysee a popup window asking for your permission to send a crash reportto us. Again, the installation of this crash reporting module is notmandatory and you will be given the option to enable it at the end ofthe product's installation process. All reports are fully GDPRcompliant. We highly encourage every P3D user to always use our product withthe latest version of P3D. We have seen nice performance improvementsin P3D v4.3 and all our testing is based on that platform.
