/images/notams/notams19/turb0211/turb0211.jpgDeveloped by Russ Linn and Turbulent Designs for Prepar3Dv4, Friedman Memorial Airport includes 715 km2 of 60 cmper pixel photoreal for the airport and valley. This mountainous areaalso includes 1ID5 Lukes Wood River Medical Center Heliport for thosewanting to take a little more time to explore the valley. KSUN will feature buildings and vegetation textured in highdefinition and stunning detail. As attention to detail is key, we like to treat every airport areaas a feature area, built with exploration in mind. Not only will KSUNlook stunning from your aircraft, but it will look even better upclose and personal. We recommend everyone have a wander around! /images/notams/notams19/turb0211/friedman-1.jpgModelled and textured by Russ Linn, the airport terrain is wheremost of the new features are located. KSUN also features dynamicseason textures using v4 native scripting. We opted to model the entire airport area as a mesh, giving us theopportunity to create a sloped runway, different levels in terrain, aninsane amount of detail with some cool weather and lightingeffects. Effects include realistic oil, reflective puddles during thewinter and rain, icy runways and taxiways during snow and even thereflections of lights in puddles at night ti?m?e??.? As always, wealso like to include our custom modelled buildings for a nice bufferbetween the airport and autogen. All of the custom buildings arehighly detailed with plenty of variation, giving those urban andindustrial areas a nice natural look! /images/notams/notams19/turb0211/friedman-2.jpgFeaturesFriedman Memorial Airport and surrounding area in stunning detail715km2 of 60cm per pixel photoreal for the airport and valley1ID5 Lukes Wood River Medical Center Heliport Dynamic seasonal texturesSloped runwayRealistic lighting effectsDesigned Orbx Central Rockies /images/notams/notams19/turb0211/friedman-4.jpgPurchase Orbx - KSUN Friedman Memorial Airport for Prepar3D v4
