plainsman
What is your GPU? If you have a GTX 1060 or RX 580 or better, you may be OK at low to medium settings. You really need 8 GB of system memory and it is better if it is 16 GB of modern faster memory. You also really need an SSD. The GPU is the most critical, as the program really works the GPU hard all the time. What monitor will you use? A small 1080p monitor is much easier to drive than a large 1440p version, and will therefore need less GPU power. I7-9700K, RTX-2070, Asus Strix Z-390-H MB, 32gb G Skill 3000 CL15, Corsair Obsidian 750D case, WD Black 1tb M.2, Crucial CT500MX SSD, Seasonic Prime 750W Titanium PSU
