When is the next update suppose to drop?

Just curious when the next update is dropping (if it is known), I know they had delayed a couple of weeks.
Windows 10 Pro, 32 gigs DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GForce RTX 3070, Intel I7 10700 running at 3.8, with Noctua NH-L9x65, Premium Low-Profile CPU Cooler-HP Reverb G2 for Virtual Reality

I just read the other day that it has been delayed a couple of weeks too. The package dropping in November is the 40th anniversary edition. It will also introduce a couple of new aircraft. Canada is coming soon too.

3rd week in September according to MSFS own roadmap, although a date not yet confirmed.
