Go to Windows Settings / Apps and find the Flight Simulator "app" 3. Click on it and select Move 4. Point to your new location and execute. But you will find that not all the files are transferred and it's not just simply a copy of the whole programme. So it can be a bit of a pain if you're looking for a certain file. If you want the programme on a separate drive I believe it's best to download it there in the first place, don't just simply accept the default.
