beb1958
I have watched tutorial videos for different type of approaches on different streaming sites. Almost all of them, at one point, the pilot places the approach chart for the destination airport on the screen without losing the cockpit or any of the functions. I have not been able to discover the method for achieving placing a approach chart on the screen while flying. If anybody could explain how to do that, I would be greatly appreciative. Thank you in Advance:pilot:
davidc2
Wow, that is a nice feature, I too want to see how that happens Windows 10 Pro, 32 gigs DDR4 RAM, Nvidia GForce RTX 3070, Intel I7 10700 running at 3.8, with Noctua NH-L9x65, Premium Low-Profile CPU Cooler-HP Reverb G2 for Virtual Reality
djfierce
I've seen this done in the QualityWings 787 (FSX), but you have to download the charts you need and put them in the aircraft so you can access them. Where did you see this, and was it a particular aircraft? djfierce
this is one of many,,, That looks like an overlay of the chart inserted into the video, and not something provided as part of the functionality of the flight deck. You could find these at places like airnav.com and other sites, and just refer to them as needed. - James Intel i7-10700F 2.9 gigahertz - 16GB Memory DDR4 3000 megahertz - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super 8GB - 480GB SSD + 1TB HDD - Windows
