FlightDreamer
Performance differences between brands of RTX 2070 Super will be minimal at best. That said, if you aren't in a super rush (pun slightly intended...), I suggest waiting for the release of the RTX 3060 & 3070 models from Nvidia in October. They should have tangible performance improvements across the board and pricing is expected to be decent. Though if they are anything like the RTX 3080 & 3090 --- initial stocks will sell out FAST! g7rta
Remember to check if your PSU is powerful enough. When I bought my RTX2080ti in April, it never occurred to me that I might have to upgrade the psu as well. I realised after I’d ordered the graphics card , so then had to place a new order for a psu Regards Steve Intel I9-13900K - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX - 64Gb DDR5 5600Mhz - Asus RTX4090 ROG STRIX 24GB 3x 43” Panasonic 4k TVs - Corsair RMx 1200W PSU - 2 x 2TB M.2, 2 x 4TB SATA III and 1 x 4TB M.2 SSDs. plainsman
Also, although performance may not be much different, some cards are built a lot more robustly than others. Things like skimping on cheap capacitors may not show up right away, but could result in shorter life, or crashes under load.
