johnost
In all the video demos I have seen, I have never seen any explanations of how MSFS works with and without internet support. What does it take, what are the results, etc.? JSkorna
You will not have live ai traffic. You will not have live weather. You will have saved scenery or generic scenery. You will not have multi-player. http://www.air-source.us/images/sigs/000219_195_jimskorna.png
Th1racer
Watched a video that says the Sim will automatically cache adapting for lower internet speeds. Minimum connect is 5Mbps. I have read there is a offline mode but have not seen any video comparisons. FSX. As of now I have 3 laptops all utilizing & linked to FSX, 1 - 32" TV for Gages, 40" TV for Main View. Saitek Pro Flight Control System. Am building a new rig and flight deck. Most likely going to X-Plane 11 for Sim. Also might buy MFS2020 for the pretty Pictures. johnost
Thanks for your answers. I do understand the various limitations, but would like to see video comparisons, as well as descriptions of the results using various download speeds. Well - I guess this will all be discussed after the release!
