Maarp
Hi everyone, I've recently purchased the Laborie Roland Airbus A400M and really love the aircraft. It's a joy to fly and although not study level, has enough going on to keep you interested. What I can't figure out is the Autopilot system. It's doing my head in! I can load a flight plan OK but can't get the aircraft to follow it. It will follow a heading but not the GPS. If anyone has some advice I'd be very grateful. vgbaron
Hopefully someone who actually has the AC will chime in but typically there is a switch that toggles NAV/GPS mode somewhere. Look closely in the cockpit or in the manual. My other option would be to use the G750 addon but I'd prefer to make do with the original systems if I can. Cheers mate Warwick
longbreak754
Hi Warwick, As you will know the install process for the product gives you two separate models - the VC and 2D versions: For both versions - Look at top of Page 23 - the description for the HUD buttons details how to set it to follow the GPS. If you use the VC version you will find the appropriate switch on the HUD panel located under the cockpit glare shield coaming. If you use the 2D version it will be on the HUD panel pop-up Regards Brian
