A2a aircraft maintenance in fsx-se

I want to buy an A2A Cessna 172 or 182 for my FSX-SE flight simulator. Everything I've read about A2A aircrafts says you have to keep up with maintenance and constantly check every moving part to keep the airplane running and flying correctly.

I do think it's a good feature but at my level of experience I don't want the hassle of having to do this. Are there settings in A2A to eliminate having to do this.
