I have the FSX simulator and I prepared to follow the routes of Amelia Earhart, but I realized that the FSX does not exist Howland Island on the map or its ICAO. CRJ_simpilot Posted October 18, 2019 Share Posted October 18, 2019 I'm in the process of making my own version now. Well scratch that. FSX doesn't have this landmass in the Sim like I thought. I created the airport and it looks great, but it sits in the middle of the water. I thought there was a landmass because Little Navmap shows it. I guess Little Navmap doesn't use FS terrain. I tried adding the image to the airport background to create the island, but it doesn't look right. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk?
