ColR1948 Posted November 1, 2018 Share Posted November 1, 2018 I was in the middle of an email when the PC died, at first thought it was a power cut then realised it wasn't as other things were still working. Turns out it was the power pack, problem I have is I bought it new online last year and can't for the life of me remember who or where I got it. My grandson built the PC for me and he said EVGA should refund me because it shouldn't have gone that quick, so I emailed their support with a picture of the serial numbers in the hope it may identify the year of manufacture etc. I'm not very hopeful but has anyone else had dealings similar to this with them?
