Part of aircraft texture showing black.

I am using FsRepaint, This aircraft shows up in the editor OK, in the past it has worked no problem, but for some reason one part of the texture shows up black.

After a bit of fiddling I got it to show up but it is shiny, also it isn't the same size as the other textures in the folder.

I have inserted a few screenshots to explain, any help appreciated.

OK fixed it! I just re-saved as DXT1, that did it.
