Gaming PC question

Recommended Posts

I am trying to get back into the flight sim world after 10 years. I would like to run the newest version of xplane or p3d. I have someone willing to build my a PC and wanted some insight as I don't know much about PCs. This would include Intel I7 8700k, Coffee Lake 6 core 3.7ghz, ASRock gaming motherboard, 16gb ram, GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, Samsung 500gb M.2 SSD, Corsair liquid cool and windows 10 pro for around $1600. Is this a good deal and a good machine?

Not a bad machine, but for the same price you can get a better graphics card. Google Microcenter and look for PowerSpec gaming computers in that price range. And welcome back!
