Are Blender Files Used To Make Planes In FSX?

so ya i wanting to know is thats the case. cuz ive been talking to this guy thats being making papercraft macross delta planes for me to build and i was wanting to see if theres a way to get the plane models he made to work in FSX.

these files r blender files but he converts them into .pdo to work in Pepakura then i build the model out of paper as see here

since he still working on the texture i dont want to link the files yet. but for i now i want to know if it can be done

You need the FSX SDK as well, but you can probably use the P3D v1.4 SDK also which can be downloaded from the P3D website. You should also be able to find videos tutorials on YouTube on making airplanes for FSX using Blender.
