I have a problem with a purchase I made at this online shop but I cannot get in contact with them. I have already submitted a ticket but no one is answering... rick13 Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 I think their entire site is down. I made a couple purchases yesterday 12/1 (huge d/l files) but none of the d/l links worked. rick13 Posted December 4, 2017 Share Posted December 4, 2017 Monday, 12/4/17 The site seems to be back up but my D/L links are still inoperative. I submitted a ticket and am also awaiting a reply (or even a verification that my ticket has been noticed). I expected to be enjoying my new scenery by now (purchased on Friday) but still no joy.
