Help With Installing Software To FSX Steam

 

hello helpers

when I try to install any software to fsx steam the text in the software are in gibberish

how dose I solve it?

Well, I'm not an X Spurt at language, but that's vaguely reminiscent of Cyrillic, the lettering used in Russia, and it's satellites. Could the text be Cyrillic, by chance? Have you tried putting a cut-n-paste sample into a translation program, of some sort? There are literally thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of them on the net these days.

Is that, perhaps, a Russian created or supplied scenery? Just curious.

 

In any event, FSX:SE is located a bit deeper in the directory structure than the boxed edition of it. I hope you know where your Steam Directory structure is located? When you find it, look here: D:\steam\steamapps\common\FSX . Note that mine is on D:\, but yours may be, probably WILL be, elsewhere. Just hope it's not in in C:\Program Files . It can give you fits later, if trying to install scenery, add-on aircraft, etc. Especially with Win10.

The lettering does not look Cyrillic to me, but then again I don't know what to make of it.

 

Is this "Mega Airport Frankfurt" a payware program? If it is, try contacting the support option on the vendor's website.

Is this a digital download......if so it may corrupted or incomplete. Redownload and try it again........
