Having a machine capable of running FSX (which yours should be able to do with more then minimum settings) and having a setup that makes for a enjoyable experience are two different things. If you run FS on your laptop and enjoy it, I guarantee you will love having a desktop set up (you can even use your laptop as the CPU of that setup temporarily) dedicated for more engrossing, immersive flights.
