vry
I've just bought and tried to install Active Sky. Upon pointing the installer to the FSX File in Program Files (86), the installer indicates that I've not pointed it to the correct site. I've tried dozens of times. No success. Can anyone help? Thanks:eek:
pvarn
What happens if you do not enter a path and let AS detect FSX on its own? Alternatively, Go to the Active Sky support site and file a ticket. http://support.hifitechinc.com/ -Pv- 2 carrot salad, 10.41 liter bucket, electric doorbell, 17 inch fan, 12X14, 85 Dbm
vry
Thank you for the hint. I'll file a report with Hifitech, but I'm quite upset that this is happening. I've never encountered this problem ever. I have been using the program since FS98 My feeling is to try to get my money back. Keep flying.
pvarn
The problem is not likely with the program. Problems like yours have been solved for other people and 99.9% of us are installing the app first time with no problems. The reason I suggested tech support is they will help you identify what is unique about your system and get it solved fast rather than the general public guessing about your system for days. -Pv- 2 carrot salad, 10.41 liter bucket, electric doorbell, 17 inch fan, 12X14, 85 Dbm
