billkhalid577 Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 I am aware that there is actually a solution out there on this subject however Microsoft's system reset tool can not be downloaded and I get a message telling me that the download is invalid. I have tried on Edge, Chrome and Firefox and I got the same message every time so how do I get download Microsoft's system reset tool or fix this problem manually?
