Overlord Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 Hello simmers. I would like to ask you what should I buy and why is the smaller 737 more expensive than large 747. I love large aircrafts preferably heavies like 777 and 747 and I was going for the 737 today and suddenly spotted the price of 747 reduced to 55. So What do you think? Is the 747 also great plane, what it has and what it has not in comparision to PMDG 737 if anyone could tell me please. Does it have working weather radar like 737, callouts, great FMC, many liveries etc.? Do you have any real issues with pmdg 747 because they already dont or they wont support this product with later updates? davidjones Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 The existing 747 was created for FS9, updated to FSX, and has nowhere near the feature set of the 737NG which was developed much later. It has no radar, no terrain display, a fair FMC, and lots of liveries because it has been around for years. If you have to make a choice now, get the 737.
