flyinbilly
Hey Guys, So i was filtering through some old files i have for fs9 and Stumbled accross the Turbine Sound Studios Dash 8-300 soundpack, i tried to add it to fsx but unfortunately is not compatible, is there a converter app that can convert the soundpack to fsx or have TSS made an FSX version? fxsttcb
Not compatible? Odd! I have lots of FS9 sounds being used in FSX. Is it an installer? If so, it may be looking for an FS9.exe. If that is the case you might be able to cheat. Create an FS9 dummy folder(C:\FS9), create a simple text file(it does not matter what the text is), name it FS9.exe, and place it it the dummy. Create an aircraft folder in your dummy, put a copy of a Dash 8 plane in that, and point the installer to it...Don HAF 932 Adv, PC P&C 950w, ASUS R4E,i7-3820 5.0GHz(MCR320-XP 6 fans wet), GTX 970 FTW 16GB DDR3-2400, 128GB SAMSUNG 830(Win 7 Ult x64), 512GB SAMSUNG 840 Pro(FSX P3D FS9) WD 1TB Black(FS98, CFS2&3, ROF, etc.), WD 2TB Black-(Storage/Backup) Active Sky Next, Rex4 TD/Soft Clouds
