Airbus Flight Director!

Hey! Long time I haven't posted a thread here! ;)

How are you guys?! (I remember nuitkati and sag75 with our discussion about FEP's!)

Well, while playing, thought about this:

"If selected in flight, the flight director will engage in the current autopilot mode. If no autopilot is engaged, it will engage in the HDG-V/S or TRK-FPA mode, depending on the FCU selection."

The FD which is displayed on the PFD, is it the real attitude or is it the one AP has to follow?

There are 2 modes, so does it show our real attitude with A/P off and the attitude that A/P has to follow when A/P ON?
