FSX Squawkbox problem

Hello

Ive had vatsim and squawkbox for some time now and ive only realised im not using it correctly because every time fsx starts up this appears "flight simulator has detected a program with third-party software programme....." then it gives me an option to stop running it, or run it anyway. Previously I'd press don't run but this means squawkbox doesn't update the weather as it is running externally. When I select run anyway it shuts down.

Someone Please help IT IS DRIVING ME MAD!! I cant find anyone with the same problem.

btw I am running everything as an administrator but still no luck :(
