DreamFleet1
When you download and install a DreamFleet product your KEY file (and in later products, your LICENSE file also) for that product is placed in a folder on your C: drive (or main hard drive) named "Flight One Software". It should be immediately backed up to floppy or other portable media. It is your responsibility to see that your product key is kept safe. NEVER, NEVER REMOVE THE FLIGHT ONE SOFTWARE FOLDER FROM YOUR COMPUTER. LEAVE IT WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED ORIGINALLY. In the unfortunate event that you should lose your key, you will need to go to this page to obtain a replacement key: https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=keyrequest For further help, if necessary, you can also write to: keyrequest@flight1.com Please be patient, as replacement keys can take up to 7 days or more to be e-mailed to you. In the event of some of our newer products, you may find that your key is no longer working, and needs to be reactivated. If such is the case, please go to this page to reactivate your key: https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=kman Should you need to re-install the product by using this replacement key, please see the thread concering uninstalling / reinstalling the product. Thank you. Regards, Lou Betti http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/forum_banners/DF_BANNER_FORUM_LOU.jpg
