  1. I forgot to add...I have worked with JF Support for about 2 weeks now. We have tried everything they know, including the Comma to Dot change in the clock. Nothing has worked. Finally JF Support gave up because there was nothing else to try. Pomak 249, I suspect the comma to dot change is what you did. So, I thought maybe someone on here might have some suggestions.
  2. Here's my problem. When I get Traffic Global installed and run the setup wizard, then try to Compile, About half way through the compile I get an error message saying Unable to copy traffic database to FSX . But when I load FSX, select an airport and gate, then select Fly Now, I can see traffic at the gates and also airplanes taxiing toward the runway. So it is loading the Airlines just fine. Now in checking TG "Compiling Statistics" I see there are no flights or legs for Cargo or GA. (See TG1) I found a thread on here about FSX Steam, and I wonder if I'm having the same problem only in FSX. Please see: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?320516-No-ai-traffic-Traffic-Global. And particularly posts #3 and #7. I have checked my FSX.cfg file in Users\Appdata\microsoft\fsx and here's the only line pointing to TG. And notice there is no mention of Cargo or GA. SimObjectPaths.8=C:\Simobjects\AI Airplanes\TrafficGlobal\TrafficGlobalFleet. So I went to my C:\Users\Documents\TrafficGlobal and (TG2) is what I see under "Compiler". Apparently TG has not been pointed towards these two files. Could this be as simple as editing fsx.cfg to include these files, then moving them to My Simobjects folder? Because there are flightplans and schedules which are not in the two folders (Cargo/GA), I doubt this would work. Or what if I point fsx.cfg towards the file (compiler) all of which contains everything in TG2? I couldn't make sense out of the explanations in the thread I cited, so if anyone has any ideas about this please let me know. I'm not a computer whiz, so if you give instructions, make sure they are for Dummy's. :) thanks, Gary
  3. il88pp, I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. It probably would have worked. As it is, I'm in the middle of reinstalling FSX, so I will have the default flight you suggested. Thanks for answering.
  4. dbauder, yeah it is. I even removed all the gauges then started FSX, shut it off and replaced the gauges.....but no go. Thanks for responding.
  5. I removed the airplane and it didn't matter. Since I did a repair and lost my add-on programs, I think I'll just uninstall/reinstall FSX and be done with it. Thanks for your help. I don't know why it worked once, but never again. Oh well.
  6. mrzippy, I don't know what's happening. I closed FSX, re-loaded and now none of the gauges show on any airplanes. I'm not sure what to do except uninstall and reinstall.
  7. I was wrong. the cockpit I was trying to use on my A350 was an add-on. When I want back to the original, it works. Apparently the add-on needs some extra gauges I don't have. All other aircraft working too.
  8. mrzippy, I looked on my master list and set Avionics Master for as it says. It worked the first time, but when I closed FSX, then reloaded, it will not work. I would think this switch should be set for ON all the time, no?
  9. Hi Guys, I have done a search and can't find anything on my problem. I suddenly have no gauges showing in any airplane, other than the mechanical gauges like in the Otter. I am running FSX w/Acceleration. I even uninstalled Accel, performed an FSX repair, then re-installed Accel and still have the same problem. Any ideas?
  10. I'm running Win 10 and FS Panel Studio for FSX. I am trying to make a gauge fit in the opening (see pic) of the left panel position on my A350. I would like to "slant" the gauge so it fits. can someone tell me how to do this? Also, can you tell me exactly what gauge(s) go in this position? Thanks
  11. Well I changed the size even more than 1920X1080 and it did not work. oh well.
  12. Thanks! I'll see what I can do. :)
  13. tiger1962 thanks for your answer. I have FS Panel Studio, and I tried changing the size and stretching the panel, but it does not work. I really believe it's probably somewhere maybe inside fsx.cfg, but I can't find it. I do appreciate your trying to help me, though.
  14. I have read through this guide before, but it doesn't address the panel size inside of FSX. The problem has to be in there, rather than with my Panel.cfg, because it happens to more than one airplane. Thanks for pointing this guide out though. It has a lot of good info.
  15. I have my settings display set at 1920X1080X32. Most of my passenger jets, when I go to fly them, the 2d panel is about 1/2 inch too small in height. To adjust the top, I have to move it up where the gap is at the bottom. Does anyone know how to fix this? Illustration enclosed. See gap at top of center post.)
