    panel & undercarriage no detail just black

    I an a/c in FSX that shows no details for the 2D panel but does show the instruments ... and the undercarriage is the same, no details just black shapes. I've had this problem before and it's a simple fix but I can't remember. Searched the forum and can't see anything relevant , in fact when I post a search it changes from forum to what's new ...

    I used to get that ... flying from NT to NSW or SA to Victoria and everything would lock up. I also got it in the UK frying North-South ... there's something very simple to fix it. It might be installing the GaugeSound.dll into your FS main file .... or adding

    [oldmodules]

    FSSound.dll=1

    to the fs9.cfg file. It's something as simple as that ...
