  1. Thanks Alex -- I'll clear that out -- have no idea what's up -- maybe my PC just doesn't like Orbx
  2. Loooooong story there Allistair - back in the days, you could say there was an "incident" online that isn't worth getting into again...:(. Since that day, Member has been on my profile....guess it's the mark from that....
  3. Awesome RORY! Thanks man....I appreciate everything - we are working dillegently on the Starship still in the background. Thanks man..."sounds" awesome...Wooohoo!
  4. Thanks for the offer for the asking questions to make my flightsimming more real. I'm sure I'll have them. I've been a veteran simmer for a while, but just recently wanting to endulge into making it more of the realistic end of it.

    Much appreciated! :D

  5. Thanks joemny! Appreciated man......always looking to learn more appropriate ways of the flight sim. Been a veteran sim pilot, but looking to make it more "real"
  6. Thanks John - took care of it now - should be all set....:o
  7. No problem - thank you for understanding...:)
  8. Barmy - in reply to your Sense of humor disciplinary thread which I quickly deleted on my public profile page, - contribute your more posts to be more positive in the community - I do have one, just find none in your posting when someone has trouble and asks for help.
  9. Or wrather, PM box...:)
  10. Dave, check your in box! :)
  11. Thanks man - it comes down to the age old saying - "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely..." to one of the newer of the mods......Not our friend Simon either....
  12. Thanks Alexander - just had to take a little break to recharge the 'ol batteries. Got a flight planned for later tonight in my new plane from Sim Market, IRIS's DA42 Twin Star. Of course, knowing me, real plane, real paint job, and real flight plan - everything has to match first, LOL....:)
  13. Thanks Alan, appreciate it man, and appreciate the words of support...:)

The Tomcat is truly a wonderful and powerful aircraft when you fly it just right...I just have to get used to the landings now on the carrier...:o.

What kind of joysticka are you using? If you are using the Sidewinder or a "Twist" joystick for the rudder control?

I see one of two possibilities here: The joystick needs to be properly calibrated in Windows Game Controllers.

The Second possibility is with the symptom you are describing, sounds actually to me like a fuel tank selection problem. Does this happen in ALL aircraft you're flying or just the smaller GA Planes? If so, after time, you might have your fuel selector always set on one tank, which ever way the aircraft is "dipping". If you set it to the center (for both tanks) you should be all right.

Do note however, some aircraft, you have to switch back and forth to be able to balance it after a while, for they use a right/left and no center configuration.

Hope this helps, please let me know!

  15. No Problem Joel, glad to! :)
  16. Haven't even tried it yet Dylan - going to be doing my first flight today with her, loking forward to it - I'll be posting some shots later on if it, but I had to get the Flightsim Labs driver for my MCP Pro first - :) I'll keep you guys posted.
  17. Merry Christmas to you as well Paul! Hope Santa brings you everything on your Flight Sim Wish List...:D.

  20. Mike,

The best way to do it is the following since I feel your pain as I had to do it rescently as well...

FSX w/Acceleration - no add-ons prior, as you can have alot of headaches if you do it the other way around.

    FS Genesis USA

    GEX

    UTX

    Scenery Tech

    Megascenery X Las Vegas

    REX (Then theme you want)

Everything else is okay in no particular fashion Since they're utillities and Aircraft.

Hope this helps, and good luck - I hate the reinstall thing...:(

  21. Oh yes, way back - still like to fool around with them occassionally, have too many airliners not too - I have Level D's 767, Captain Sim's 757, Wilco's 737 PIC package.....just haven't had time to do those lately as they usually take a lot longer to do than my kind of flights for the ones that I want to perform. I also really like the Citation X from Eaglesoft - that is a real honey of a business jet. The new version, 2.0 should be out soon for FSX, and I'm drooling over that for it has FMC input as well...:D.
  22. Basically I do any type of GA flights, but I have been doing more of the Starship lately because of our anticipated release of the Beechcraft Starship. Once released, I think I will also be moving to the Starship full time as well too (Will be a great product)....:D.
  23. Ian, sent a reply to you on your post....

TCX, thanks for the kind words regarding Airwolf. Archangel Productions next project will be starting quite soon.

I'll check out your social group over the weekend when I have more spare time on the PC....:D.
