I put a pretty shallow curve in on the rudder axis, so it doesn't come on so fast, I find that helped a lot with that.

 

I wish the view position at start up wasn't like that of a 7 year old sitting in daddy's plane, and that I could set a higher default position (if its there somewhere let me know).

 

I agree the trims move very slow if you're controlling them from a button on the stick. I wonder if there is a multiplier somewhere in a cfg that can adjust that.

Not at my flight computer, but I believe the setting you are looking for is under General/Cameras/Cockpit
