  1. anyone know how? Default is quick look.

I think the hat switch toggles between close, wide and landing views for up/down. Then left/right it just pans and snaps back to center. I am getting used to it actually. You can use the keyboard arrow buttons as well to pan around the cockpit more freely. Anyway just waiting to get trackir working...and ultimately VR.

  2. Why you should consider trying Developer Mode in MSFS

    Flight Simulator 2020

There is a button at the bottom of the main settings menu in MSFS called "Developer Mode" and it enables several amazing settings that can enhance your gameplay.

In-game plane switcher (Asobo please make a proper UI option for this)

-Sometimes planes take a while to load, be patient

Ability to instantly teleport to any airport in the world

Detailed FPS info including whether your FPS is limited by your GPU or CPU

    Developer Camera

Direct links to the installer for the SDK and example projects

Ability to create a new mod project from directly in the sim

A huge amount of debug options including developer console

Probably a lot more that I haven't even found yet.

When you enable Developer mode a menu will appear at the top of the screen with all of these options.

  3. Woke up this morning and it was waiting for me. THIS is why I went with steam because my steam aerofly fs2 has never had any issues.

Anyway I jumped in the default and was flying around my city at ultra settings with a steady 60-100 fps.

I am getting used to the views and panning now. Is Trackir compatible yet? Even though I launch the trackir setup and it is working for aerofly...it's not working in msfs 2020.
