In FSX you were able to start a flight with the plane already flying so if you just wanted to practice landings you did not have to first take off each time.
It seems that this may be possible in FS2020, as the Paris-Charles de Gaulle event shows:

But how can I use this for any other airports?
Where do I find VOR information for Australia\Victoria

I would like to practise VOR navigation, for example, from Melbourne to regional Victoria but I can't seem to find a good reference to VOR charts for Australia. Does anyone know where to find this info?
