    I've got 4.9 running on my FSX....works fine....

    Just download the Zip file....then unzip it to your desktop click on the self installer Exe and follow instructions

    ****Notem**** You should point to the self installer and RIGHT click and click RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR. This should get things going .
