  1. Mr Webster, (Atten, Webmaster Flightsim.com)

    (1) the two aircraft are not Mk10 Lancasters and neither has Canadian cockpit gauges.

    (2) the thumbnails do not refer to the subject aircraft.

    (3) no FSX paint kit was ever produced for the fs9 to FSX Plane-Design Lancasters.

    (4) uploaded paints for any aircraft are referred to as such and NO FULL aircraft.cfg is ever

    provided.

    (5) You agree when uploading that the package is your own work and if not it is protocol that you get

permission to use someone else's work and give credit to the original designers.

    (6) the Thumper III artwork is clearly not your own work but a pinch of that by Koos van Menen. In

our view the paint colour (night time) is not correct for both aircraft but merely a illegal use of

    an existing fs9 Plane-Design paint.

    (7) the Prop texture in dds format is a clear breach of copyright, probably pinched from the original

Canadian upload and the work of Ross McLennan.

    (8) the package is totally inaccurate, a blatant breach of Copyright and certainly does not do

justice to the Payware fs9 based Plane-Design product as modified for FSX by Ross McLennan.

    (9) this is the second breach of copyright relating to our Plane-Design Lancasters for FSX and we

had the last file deleted from the data base and I request the Webmaster for Flightsim.com removes

this file from the data base.

    (10) Should deletion not occur we notify simmers of the Copyright breach and that the BBMF Lancaster

in "British Lancaster" form was properly uploaded twice before, the last with an update for 6 fuel

tank operation and we refer simmers to that download as a better alternative.

We notify the Designers for the FSX version of the Fs9 payware package was Ross McLennan, South

Australia and for paints and other functions Koos van Menen of the Netherlands.
