  1. This doesn't work for me in FSX Steam Edition. It will load without any disappearance issues, but the airship turns into a "bucking rodeo horse" within about two seconds and no matter what I do, I can't control it. :( This happens with both variations. There is something seriously askew with the flight dynamics. The only other Zeppelin I have is the one by First Class Simulations that came with their WWI Fighters Pack. That one does fly in a stable manner and I am able to control it. So I don't think the problem is with my piloting, although I don't know a lot about flying airships and I'm sure I have a lot of room for improvement. But for the aircraft to do this so rapidly (again, it happens within about two seconds of the flight loading) suggests to me that it has extremely unstable flight dynamics in FSX Steam Edition (which is much the same as Acceleration, I think). A pity, because it has a nice interior with some good details, and could be quite interesting, but it's just hopeless for me, sadly.
  2. It doesn't work in FSX either, probably for the same reason. When I try to load a free flight with this aircraft, FSX just crashes straight away. None of my other aircraft - including a very similar MD-83 by Mr Lucena with Centennial Airlines livery - cause FSX to crash like this.

    However, after reading your comment about the 2D cockpit and comparing the panel.cfg files of the Spanair and Centennial Airlines planes, and after spending a very long and frustrating afternoon trying to figure out what was wrong, I have finally cracked the case: there is something wrong with the GPWS sound gauge file. Remove that, and the plane works just fine.

    So to get this plane working, you need to do the following:

    1) Make a backup of the panel.cfg file.

    2) Under:

    [Window Titles]

    Window00=Main Panel

    Window01=Grupo de radio

    Window02=FMC

    Window03=GPS

    Window04=MFD

    window05=FSND Services

    Window06=Groundhandling

    Window07=GPWS"

    Remove the last one.

    3) Completely delete this:

    [Window07]

    size_mm=82,31

    position=2 // Opens the window in the top-right corner of the screen.

    window_size= 0.12,0.06 // Window screen size: 12 %u0025 Hor., 6 %u0025 Vert.

    visible=0

    Ident=10060 // Used by MasterWarn to toggle this window on/off.

    gauge00=rcb-gauges!GPWS3_3_Default, 0,0,82,31

    4) Finally, in the list of gauges under [Window00], delete this line:

    gauge131=GPWS_Sound!dsd_xml_sound3, 0,0,,, ./sound/GPWS/Sound.ini

    Change "gauge 132" in the next line (gauge132=rcb-gauges!GPWS3_3_MasterWarn, 16,95,13,13) to "gauge131".

    And you should be good to go!
