I have purchased a new computer loaded FSX using code in cover but when I start sim I get an error message directing me to a page that I cannot work out, the scim plays but only for limited time I believe has not accepted the activation, I have collected many add on's over the years so reluctant to give up on it and re purchase

Help please, just brought new PC with windows 10, tried to load FSX but it gets as far as welcome and click to install screen which I did then small box appears titled installshildwized removing applications, but this sticks at 5 blue bars forever with DVD player wirring away but not progressing, any Ideas please.
