in Aircraft.cfg, under [airplane_geometry], you had,
positive_g_limit_flaps_up=0.000000
negative_g_limit_flaps_up=0.000000
so when the simulation starts the aircraft has a positive G value of 1, which exceeded the positive G limit of 0 and caused an immediate overstress.. I set some guesses for values and doesn't crash.
