Controlling the aircraft in X Plane is a pain are you using a yoke or a joy stick ? Check the response curves it the set up.

I have the same problem as well I am now playing with the response curves to settle down the amount of response put into the sim ( what a pain ) I am running a Carenado c177 its a pain normally cant keep it in the air before and after you shut off the auto pilot ( The c177 with retractable gear only ) u tube has some stuff in the response curves .

I had problems with my Saitek stuff but I put the drivers for it in and that was a no no . I just put the Saitek stuff in no drivers at all and away I went .

X Plane is a chore for sure .

There is a fix for the multi panel for blank panel on u tube, you will have trouble with Saitek if you have put the drivers for them in X Plane, you just plug the in and away you go .
