Do anyone know if there is a forum for MS 2020 on xbox x/s series? I just bought a Xbox X series and it is great, just learning the system. I have been flying MS 2004 for years and I have the TrackIR v5 hooked up to my PC. I miss the tracking with the head tracker. I would like to set it up on my Xbox X system. Help please.

I have some questions about a new gaming computer and the new X BOX X ( the newest XBOX). Let me give a little back ground: I am retired USAF 26 yrs, aircraft Loadmaster flying on C-141 and C-130e-E aircraft, '67- 73 Viet-Nam, and finished out in Civil Engineering Sq has Maintenance Superintendent. I always enjoyed flying, I have some stick time in Cess. 172 & 182. I have the MS 2004, Over Flanders Field (both) Combat MS -3 and X-Plane simulators. My main hobby has been RC Scale flying (40 + yrs) building and flying 1/4 & 1/3 scale WW I airplanes. I have won serval awards at RC Dawn Patrol events around the country. Also like restoring old cars, last was a '64 MGB I have had it since '86, I still drive it.

Now, I am 76 yrs old with health issues that has me flying sims and driving the the MG roadster. I have sold all my RC airplanes and related stuff and now have some hobby dollars for a new hobby. I do have 2 computers, ( 1 was for my wife she don't use). Over the years I bought new PCs and upgraded as needed. I recently got X-plane sim but need more stuff to upgrade to fly it. So I am looking for a X Box or a new gaming computer. I have the Thrustmaster Hots joy stick and 21" monitors.

So, here are my questions, what gaming computer do I need that will fly MS 2020 (more powerful for in case of sim upgrades) or the newest X-Box, (I have no ideas how to work it or what is need the run MS 2020). I do have several $$ form my sale of the RC stuff. So I want the buy a system that will work without any future upgrades.

Sorry this has turned a long request, I do need some advice on what I need to take me into my later years. I do have a guy who will do the install and set up.

There was a release that X box would be released this summer, does anyone have up date on this. I don't want to buy a new computer , I have 2 now.

I am thinking about to buying X-plane sim. I down loaded the demo, looks good. I have had MFS 2004 for years, I would like the new MS 2020, but will wait for it after they work out the bugs. My thrustmaster controller work with the demo, but not my TrackIR. Is there something I am doing or it dose not work with X-plane. This would be a game changer for me.

I don't want to upgrade my computer, XBox seems like the answer. Does anyone know when MS 2020 will be released for XBox? How could I find info on MS 2020 and XBOX? Thanks

From what I see, I sure would like to get FS 2020. But I don't want the upgrade my computer, the X Box sounds like the way to go for me. Where would I find out about when it will come to the states.

I am not sure if I want to up grade my computer or get an X-Box. I know nothing about XBox, which one to buy Xbox S or Xbox X. Is there a site or forum for Xbox? I would like to find out about Xbox and how they work, and when Fs2020 will come to Xbox. I SHOULD HAVE XBOX SAID IN THE US.

Where can I buy the X Box MS FS2020 and please recommend an X Box on Amazon. Never used X Box before, I think that would be better than upgrading my computer. I am 75 and I am looking for the best advice. I have MS 2004 but got tired of it. When I saw that a new sim was coming out. I got back on flightsim. com. The videos of FS2020 are great. Any advice and help would be great.

Thanks for your answer. I like the easy set up the console would give me. I spent a lot of money a few years ago to up grade my computer for "Wings Over Flanders Field". I did not like the game and left sim flying. MS 2020 look very good and I think I would like to try it.

Hi, I am back into flight sim 2004 again, tried MSX, didn't like it. I got back into flightsim.com. I just saw the coming MS2020 forum. It looks very good, so I am reading about the responses on the forum. The bad comments that was made about windows 10, I just installed W10, loved W7, and the M2020. One of the recent comments was "may go to gaming console". What is a Gaming Console? I spent a lot of money upgrading my computer for "Wings Over Flanders Fields", very disappointed with the game. Been out of sims a number of years. Now health issues and age force me to look for inside interests. MS 2020, looks very good, but I don't want to upgrade again. So What is a Gaming Console?? Sorry if this is a dumb question, humor a old guy.
