  1. How are you Nels. I have a question for you. A few months ago I had a terrible experience with Edimensional buying and then returning an item, I mean these people put me through a nightmare, and only when I threatened them that i was going to let the forums know about the incident they immediately took care of the issue.

    My question to you is, do you think I should let other fellow simmers know about this incident so that they do not have to go through the same headhache I went through, or should I just forget about it. In my opinion, nowadays all we have left is SERVICE. if a vendor cannot deliver on his promises and he does not deliver on the service that he guarantees before the purchase, then he should not be in business.

    or at least he should be held responsible for his action.. otherwise if we stay quiete, they will not have any reason to do better.
