I have seen the same problem. So far I have not been able to fix slow frame rates other than refresh the complete MSFA 2020. It was that way with FSX and as far as I know, there were no work arounds.

Again no mention of revisiting the default aircraft physics which are causing the control issues most of us are having.
I also have discovered that many of the GA aircraft have controller and general flight mechanics problems. I.E. I learned to and fly a Baron 58. The old FSX models flew fairly realistic. But in MSFS 2020 aileron and rudder control are way out of line; the AP does not hold accurately and even goes wacky; landings are hard; etc.
