If I were the operator of this website and received so much negative feedback, I would seriously consider using a different software. At least one that comes with a search function that lives up to its name. Especially with such a complex file library, a search function that can be adapted to the needs is essential.

When I click on an entry in the list of threads in a forum, I am automatically directed to the latest post. Can I set somewhere that I automatically go to the first entry? I actually always like to read the starting point of the discussion first.

You could get used to the new look over time, but the user interface is really confusing and awkward. The previous menu titles could have been used here, such as "Downloads", "Forum", etc.
The way a file is downloaded is also incomprehensible: Why can't you download a file directly via the "File" symbol on the right in the file description, which would be logical, but you have to click on the picture first? It couldn't be more complicated.
And in general, the search function is extremely cumbersome. Why not adopt the logic of the previous search function? Above all, the search result should also deliver results where the search term is only partially contained.
Another comment on the forum: When you go to the next page of a thread, the window stays at the bottom of the browser instead of automatically scrolling up to show the first post of the next page.
I still think the new website should have been thoroughly tested first before going online.

The downloads work again.

Since yesterday, some users are no longer able to download from the file library. The following error message appears: "The requested URL /download.php was not found on this server." I have tried with different browsers and different settings, but without success. But I know that not everyone is affected by this problem. What could be the reason?

Thank you very much for your feedback. Indeed, after adding a black file for the 100% transparent alpha channel, this veil is finally gone. I was not sure if the file JF_Duchess_Reflect.bmp was responsible for this.

I want to fly the Just Flight Flying Club Duchess again after a long time. I am still bothered by this ugly grey veil in the virtual cockpit. With this model I can't find a file where I can change the alpha channel for the transparency of the VC.
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

No issues with Windows 11 at all, FS2004 & P3Dv4.5 working well.Just a question, Robin: Is the FS2004 install process for Windows 11 the same as you described it for Windows 10?
