This scenery requires 3 other scenery package downloads. Runway 12, ezeffects, and another... Sorry, bit WAY too complicated, and not worth the time in my opinion. Would have liked to have been a complete package. I dont want to bloat my oc with more packages, just to get this one to work.

In the description you wrote CYBQ instead of CYQB... this might explpain why so few people know about this and have downloaded it.
