In case you are LTCSZ over at MAIW I have answered your question within one hour.
In case you are not… all aircraft from the conversion packages, no matter if converted to FSX or P3D can be used without problem. Same goes for the object libraries.
The FS9 airports from the original MAIW packages will not work. But you will find many dedicated P3D airports and sceneries in the respective sections in the download center that will work fine.
