  1. After a few crashes(which I did expect), I got MSFS up and running with some tweaking and took it for a spin around my local area, experimenting with environment and such. It runs dare I say, smoother than P3DV4 in my system; the terrain visuals are stunning, suffice to say I am very impressed with that part. Flight models however seem almost exactly the same as the whole previous franchise so...

  2. In between usual spring stuff, like house cleaning, working and planting strawberries; I found time for a quick commute. I have flown this route IRL several times, however in a 737.

I have P3D in a configuration software/setting wise that I am happy with. ActiveSky really helping with the immersion factor here.

  3. Did you sit around the virtual airport for three hours before the flight for maximum realism?

Or maybe charge yourself twenty five dollars for a cup of weak coffee and a stale sandwich?

See, simulation has many benefits. :) Nice job Alex. Keep the flights coming. -- Bob

I may have enjoyed standing in a crowded queue for 30 minutes; not gonna lie both airports are overcapacity, Coolangatta extremely so.
