dfreemanfso
I'm trying to figure out why I can't get into ASUS BIOS. I've entered BIOS for years on my ASUS Motherboard (P8P67). When I tried to enter BIOS today by hitting the DEL key - like usual - it won't open; it just goes on to loading Windows. The good news is that Windows is stable and I can fly, but I'd like to do some tweaking and can't get into my BIOS. theyorks
Go to ASUS web pages. There is usually an optional keypress. ASRock utilizes F2, other boards F11. Normally you would see a menu on your screen at initial power on that gives you the options. Don't know why you are not seeing this. Sent from my tablet thingy! dfreemanfso
theyorks, Thanks for the reply. I am getting the initial ASUS menu that says press DEL to enter BIOS. It's just that when I hit my delete key, it won't open. I have posted in the ASUS forum...thx. dfreemanfso
Got it fixed. Apparently while windows detected my keyboard in the USB slot it was in, ASUS was not. I rearranged some peripherals and plugged my keyboard into a USB3 port. All fixed.
