Hilfinger81
Hello, I have a problem with nullzones on Thrustmaster TCA Airbus Sidestick, on x and y axis. It is slightly of centre. I had a classic problem with z axis (rudder) but solved it by cleaning the potentiometer. I tried to solve this the same way but I can't find any potentiometer. Also Fenix Sim A320 also says on ECAM: "F/CTL L SIDESTICK FAULT CALIBRATE NULLZONES". Any solutions are appreciated. Tom
ntydk
This is my guessing. The x and y axes in your side stick could be controlled by Hall Effect Senor on the circuit board. If the electronic circuit is working good and response OK to side stick x and y axes movement, then the possible culprit will be the mechanism for centering position of the side stick is off. You can check or adjust the spring position or any misaligned or worn out parts for this offset issue.
