stusue
Hi again all. I dusted off my old CH Yoke, calibrated it and set it up for MSFS as per YouTube instructions, and I have to say it's working GREAT ! But I am looking for a good throttle set. I was thinking about the Honeycomb throttle set but I've read online and watched YouTube videos about the wires for the reverse thrusters breaking inside of it and for 350$ Canadian I really don't want the hassle. I'm seriously considering getting the Logitech throttle set as an alternative because they seem so simple and they're not so expensive that I'll be upset if they break. But I've also read about Logitech throttles having electronic noise and being of questionable quality. So I'm wondering how many of you have the Logitech Throttles quadrant and how you like them over the long term and if they're reliable ! Also if any of you have had the Honeycomb throttle quadrant for over a year how do you like them and have you had any problems. I'm also looking at getting the CH Rudder pedals. I had them many years ago until one of my kids stepped on them and broke them. Any thoughts on those as well ? Thank you all so much, and happy flying ! crowdriver
I have used the CH pedals. I would get this instead (the logitech pedals). They have a tension adjustment knob in the center and I think most people like it for a low priced rudder set. Ratings by users very high on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-Pro-Flight-Rudder-Pedals/dp/B07R21FJD8/

crowdriver
I should have added that the Logitech pedals are not as easy to use when flying helicopters as the VKB (not expensive) or the TM Pendular (expensive). Because you have to hold constant pedal in helicopters. (But VKB does not have toebrakes). With VKB and Pendular you just keep downward force on one foot to hold a constant pedal input. Which is a lot more comfortable than holding one foot pushing forward.
