FS 2.0 on an early 80286 machine. Later went to FS 6 (MS95). That is when I really began to get active in flight simulators.

New member here, but been flight simming many years, since MSFS 2000 days - when did you all get started?

 

ZX-81 or Timex 1000 1982 basic IFR approaches with cassette player

Windows 11 MB MSI X-570 -A Pro, CPU--AMD Ryzen 5-5600 3.7 GHz, 6 core, 16G Ram, DDR 3600 MHz AMD Radeon 6800 Graphics card.

Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, Saitek Autopilot and Switch panel, Echo (Arduino build) autopilot and controller, Saitek Rudder pedals. 3 Monitors.

Oculus Rift 2 Virtual Reality headset.

My first flight sim was Flight Unlimited III.

 

I saw more of Seattle than I wish to. It’s the only scenery they had lol.

A friend introduced me to FS4. I was blown away! lol

He put it on a floppy disc for me and I thought it was brilliant. First one I actually bought was FS5.1 I’ve bought every version since, inc the combat versions… and of course every other flight sim I could get my hands on.. Xplane.. Flight Unlimited.. Proflight....P3D.. and many more.
