hawky007 Posted November 18, 2021 Share Posted November 18, 2021 (edited) There is 'always' an issue with updating msfs2020! is the update 114,3 Gb ??? or is it that MS2020 can't find my installed game anymore? seems like microsoft is reinstalling the WHOLE game 'EVERY TIME 'i update! i have 'moved' my sim to : K:\WpSystem\S-1-5-21-2407457693-3775375625-3523927809-1001\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe but in folder Packages there is also : the folder : Microsoft.DigitalOwnership_8wekyb3d8bbwe >>OR did microsoft make this the folder with my last MSFS2020? and why is it making links in my c:\ drive ? Can someone explain how one and other is set up by microsoft? If you want to move it, I think uninstalling first, and then reinstalling to the new location is a better way of doing it.
